Faina, agreed..I love how artful and “glossy” they are. Not sure about their practicality, but so pretty to look at.
Its so interesting how a simple style that started on a t-shirt can end up on a shoe. There are many designers that have ruffles in their collection this spring but I recommend Meghan Fabulous
