Check out Madden Girl’s “Setra”, similar to the Steve Madden Imperial T Strap up there, but much cuter IMO. I have Setra in red and pink and they are adorable!

Its so interesting how a simple style that started on a t-shirt can end up on a shoe. There are many designers that have ruffles in their collection this spring but I recommend Meghan Fabulous
