The fall 09 season sports a lot of fun top trends: draped tops, ruffled blouses, one shoulder tops, plaid shirts, and hardware tops.
Some are more worthy investments than others.
While a ruffled or a draped top can be worn for seasons to come and is a worthy investment, a plaid shirt seems to be a passing fad, that may not be worth the $$.
