FH: What are some of your challenges?
BTR: Keeping up with the massive growth in such a short period of time. Last year at this time, we had 500,000 members. We now have 6 million.
FH: Your biggest successes?
BTR: Becoming the leader in North America. We were ranked as the fasted growing online retailer in North America by Internet Retailer.
