Georgie Leather JacketCreated for contemporary women, Georgie brand encompasses easy-to-wear, bohemian-inspired pieces ranging from casual and relaxed to dressy and tailored.

While Georgie brand got media attention this summer (mentions include Lucky magazine and Who What Wear) for its boho-chic pieces such as summers tie-die bell bottoms and ikat patterns, we particularly love its more grown-up look for Fall 2011.

The Fall line has us wanting the shawl collar jackets (reminiscent of Rick Owens, but much more affordable), the sexy leather mini, and the tailored jackets.Georgie Leather Mini DressDonning a leather mini takes a certain amount of gusto.  But if you are a budding trendsetter who got the legs worth showing, then you should take advantage of fall 2011 hottest trend, the leather skirt.   (Leather Jacket on the first photo: Tanya Moto Faux Leather $290 and Mika Dress $230)

Take a cue from the model who combines the mini dress combo with grey-blue booties to create a sexy look without crossing over into “bearing-too-much” land.Georgie PantsComfort-chick is just a tad more enticing with these these wide leg pants topped with utilitarian pockets.   The off-shoulder tee and the textured-collar cropped jacket are just an icing on our fashion cake.  (Harley Faux Leather Jacket with Faux Fur collar $358.00)Georgie Business SuitsA career girl who is looking for some variety and flare at a reasonable price, will find some solace with these Georgie suits.  They are both professional and sexy, and will highlight your curves in just the right places.   Not a small feat to accomplish for a career suit. (Center Image – Redford Jacket $326 and Rohm Trousers, $225)Georgie CoatsSeen in multitude on Fall 2011 runways, ponchos will be all the rage this fall.   But if trends are not your thing, classier pieces are available such as this black and white A-line coat or a pea-coat that manage to strike a balance between tailored and playful without making you look like a corporate drone.

While the fall line hasn’t hit the stores yet, it should be available shortly at online retailers Shopbop, Singer22, and Koco & Polenski.

Update – since the article went live, we’ve had the privilege to “test drive” a few Georgie Brand pieces.   Here is the photo shoot and our wear-ability conclusion.
