Mixed Metal Bangles For Jewelry That Clashes (But In a Good Way)!

Growing up, looking back on when you’d play dress up and rifle through all your grandmother’s old costume jewelry, you may have eventually decided through trial and error that mixing all sorts of jewelry together isn’t necessarily the key to looking glamorous. In fact, since then, you might have decided that mixing metals at all — silver and gold, gold and bronze, yellow gold and white gold, etc. — is an altogether bad idea. Forget everything you’ve learned about clashing metals! This season it’s all about purposely mismatching and mixed metal bangles are the newer, cooler alternative to matching. Think of it as a way to add shine in an updated, interesting new way, which is definitely a tricky thing to do nowadays when so many sequined pieces are still ruling the racks. Make a statement by stocking up on stacked mixed metal bangles, or select bolder single cuffs that incorporate multiple metals or chains.
