We are floored. And not in a good way. Versace on its own can be “loud” in cut and pattern. So loud in fact that it occasionoally borderlines between sexy and trashy. But it still manages to stay on the sexy side by integrating quality fabrics, figure-hugging, yet flattering styles, superb craftsmanship and distinctive hardware. But not in this case. With a few exceptions of quieter black pieces with eye catching keyhole patterns and sleeve cuts, Versace for H&M just doesn’t pull it off on the cheap. It just looks cheap.
The prices on the other hand seem quiet pricey for what we are seeing. Most dresses range from $149 to $249 and purses are $199.
Here are a few pieces that made the cut. They look appealing, sexy, yet subtle, and didn’t leave us feeling like we are glimpsing at a kaleidoscope.

Here are the top pieces that didn’t make the cut. Loud, less than figure flattering, and adorned with questionable quality hardware, we were not sure who and where would wear these creations.

What do you think of Versace for H&M designs? Do you love them? Or loath them? Would you pay $149 for this kind of dress or $199 for a bag? Share your thoughts in the comments or on our Facebook page.

I mostly agree with the article! but i would love the pink one dress, if i knew that the quality was satisfactory, though the price is not!
